Tax Forms at Library

The library is please to inform patrons that there are a limited number of Ohio and Federal tax forms available on the main floor located next to the public copier.  If you need a form that is not present  you may use one of the library’s computers to download a copy from the IRS website at www.irs.gov or the state of Ohio site at http://www.tax.ohio.gov/forms. There is a 15 cent charge per page for printing. If you need additional assistance in obtaining tax forms please see a staff member. Please note that library staff cannot advise patrons on which forms to use when filing.
